1. How do I book?
You can order by phone or by email.

2. How is my order delivered?
We offer a personal delivery service which means we can give an hour slot to be agreed on booking. This ensures that you don’t have to wait in for Couriers.

3. Can you deliver prior to my arrival?
If you are staying in an hotel or serviced apartment we can arrange to deliver prior to your arrival and collect the items after your departure.

4. Do you deliver at weekends and on Bank Holidays?
Delivery can be arranged at weekends and on Bank Holidays. An extra charge may apply. Please enquire when booking.

5. Do you deliver in the evenings?
Delivery can be arranged for early morning and evening delivery by prior arrangement and an extra charge may apply. Please enquire when booking.

6. Do you offer long term hire?

We are happy to quote for longer periods of hire and also for bookings requiring multiple items.

7. Do I have to put the cot up myself?
No, our cots are all delivered personally and assembled for you.

8. Do I have to book linen separately?
All our cots, travel cots and beds are provided with linen. Please ask if you require more than one set.
